After pastoring young people (and some older ones as well) for the past 7 years, I found out that the average congregant in our churches has no idea what a Biblical worldview is or why they should have one. This has to change. We need to make sure that they are ready to give an answer to anyone who asks them to give a reason for the hope that they have (I Pet 3:16). We need to make sure that they know the truth so that Godly children are being raised up in our churches. We need to prepare them to minister to those around them when they are asked some of the difficult questions in life: Why does Evil Exist? Why Should I Believe the Bible? Is Abortion Wrong? Did the Resurrection Really Happen? Faith Conversations is available for Sunday or Wednesday services, weekend retreats or leadership training sessions.
